This company is absolutely amazing, I received the baby monitor as a gift from my baby shower. Love love love the monitor, picture quality night vision has everything even a two way radio. The monitor stopped working the button wasn’t working and I didn’t have it registered because it was a gift I tried. I contacted the company, just to see if I can just get a monitor not the whole thing. They emailed me back and said a new one was on the way to replace the defective one. The process was stress free the customer service was amazing. I didn’t wAnt to have to get another one because I just purchased another camera so I can have one in each room she plays in. Again I would like to say thank you to the customer service department!!

I was excited by this product due to its WiFi capability and the ability to view my baby via app when I’m away from home, but after 2 weeks, I’m beyond frustrated. The monitor/camera has major connectivity issues, usually at night. The camera will disconnect at least once a day, freezing the monitor picture in place. Its scary to wake up to check the monitor and see your child laying in the same position after hours and can’t see him breathing, when he usually moves a lot. Then not being able to reset the camera without disturbing his sleep means I have no way to actually monitor my child. The picture quality is good and the monitor is a bit smaller than my previous monitor, but it has good battery life off the charger. However, the connectivity issue, even off WiFi, is a major turnoff. I do not recommend

It’s a good product but not worth the price . Baby monitor is very nice , the camera pixel is not that great . The quality of video is not so clear but it’s ok .
