Updating review: Overall this camera monitor did the job. Worked good except for the music; does not sound good when played. Very muffled and static. Camera picked up the stream well. The monitor just stopped working a couple days ago. Cannot figure out why the monitor screen "died" and won't turn on any longer. The screen image also froze before it shut off and now it won't even turn on. Lasted almost 4 years.

This company is absolutely amazing, I received the baby monitor as a gift from my baby shower. Love love love the monitor, picture quality night vision has everything even a two way radio. The monitor stopped working the button wasn’t working and I didn’t have it registered because it was a gift I tried. I contacted the company, just to see if I can just get a monitor not the whole thing. They emailed me back and said a new one was on the way to replace the defective one. The process was stress free the customer service was amazing. I didn’t wAnt to have to get another one because I just purchased another camera so I can have one in each room she plays in. Again I would like to say thank you to the customer service department!!

We absolutely love our No WiFi Baby Monitor with the 5" screen! The picture quality is crystal clear, which gives us real peace of mind when keeping an eye on little ones.
